Our Commitment
Veyra is an adult service for consenting adults. We are committed to operating responsibly and to preventing our Service from being misused. This policy sets out what is and is not permitted, with an overriding, non-negotiable priority: the protection of children.
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward any content that sexualizes, endangers, or exploits minors. This commitment is absolute and admits no exceptions, justifications, or contexts.
1. Child Safety — Zero Tolerance (Strictly Prohibited)
The following are absolutely prohibited on the Service. There are no exceptions, and no framing, roleplay premise, “fictional” label, artistic claim, or other justification will be accepted:
- Any content, imagery, text, or roleplay that depicts, describes, sexualizes, or involves a minor — defined as any real or fictional person under 18 years of age (or older where a higher age of majority applies).
- Creating, configuring, requesting, or attempting to make any Companion appear to be, be described as, be aged to, or roleplay as a minor, including through appearance, age statements, developmental descriptors, or scenario.
- Any child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or any content that sexualizes minors in any degree, whether photographic, illustrated, AI-generated, textual, or otherwise.
- Any attempt to use the Service to groom, facilitate the abuse of, or cause harm to a child, or to produce material for such purposes.
- Any content that blends adult and minor elements, or that seeks to circumvent these rules through euphemism, coded language, or indirect means.
This applies regardless of whether the content is “only” text, “only” fictional, or AI-generated. We do not distinguish. It is all prohibited.
2. How We Enforce Child Safety
We treat child safety as an engineering and operational priority, not merely a policy statement. Our safeguards include:
- Preventative controls at generation. Non-removable, system-level safeguards instruct our AI systems that all characters are adults and prohibit the generation of minor-sexualizing content. Users cannot disable or override these safeguards.
- Input and output screening. We employ automated safeguards designed to detect and block prohibited requests and outputs, including age-estimation checks on generated imagery.
- Human and automated review. We use a combination of automated detection and, where appropriate, human review to identify violations.
- Immediate action. Accounts involved in violations are terminated immediately.
- Preservation and reporting. Where we identify apparent child sexual abuse material or a child-safety threat, we preserve the relevant material and records as required or permitted by law and report to the appropriate authorities and hotlines, including the U.S. National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or relevant law-enforcement and reporting bodies in applicable jurisdictions.
- Cooperation with authorities. We cooperate with law enforcement regarding child-safety matters as required by law.
We continuously review and strengthen these measures.
3. Other Prohibited Content
To keep the Service lawful and within the requirements of our payment providers, the following are also prohibited:
- Non-consensual content: depictions that eroticize or endorse rape or non-consensual sexual activity. (Consensual, adult, fantasy roleplay between clearly adult characters is permitted within the bounds of this policy and our payment providers’ rules.)
- Real-person exploitation: creating sexual or intimate depictions of a real, identifiable person without authorization, including public figures and private individuals (“deepfakes”).
- Bestiality, necrophilia, incest, and other categories prohibited by law or by our payment processors.
- Extreme violence or gore presented for sexual gratification, and content promoting or instructing violence.
- Content that promotes terrorism, violent extremism, self-harm, suicide, human trafficking, or other illegal activity.
- Harassment of, or non-consensual sexual content involving, other real people.
4. What Is Permitted
Within the boundaries above, the Service permits adult, consensual, fantasy interactions between clearly adult AI characters. The Service is intended for the private enjoyment of adults and should be used accordingly.
5. Reporting Violations
If you encounter content that violates this policy, or have any child-safety concern, report it immediately to info@veyra.love. Reports are taken seriously and reviewed promptly.
If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services and law-enforcement authorities directly.
Members of the public may also report suspected child sexual exploitation to NCMEC’s CyberTipline (report.cybertip.org) or to the relevant hotline in their country.
6. Consequences of Violations
Violations of this policy may result in:
- Immediate content removal;
- Immediate and permanent account termination;
- Forfeiture of any subscription or token balance, without refund, to the extent permitted by law;
- Preservation of records and reporting to law enforcement and child-safety authorities where applicable;
- Cooperation with any resulting investigation.
We apply the child-safety provisions of this policy without discretion or leniency.
7. Acknowledgment
By using Veyra, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Content Policy, and you affirm that you will not use the Service to create, request, or share any prohibited content. You specifically acknowledge and agree to our zero-tolerance child-safety standard.
