Free allowances are granted once at signup. Each paid plan purchase gives 30 days of access and immediately refreshes its included allowances. Plus and Max messages are unlimited while their passes are active; media tokens and character creations have set allowances. Included allowances don't roll over. Plans never renew automatically; buy another 30 days when you want to continue.
Buying again while access is active adds 30 days to the current end date. Purchased message and media packs never expire. We use your included allowance first. One message means one request that receives an AI reply, even when the reply arrives in several bubbles. Failed replies and failed paid image generations restore the charge to its original allowance when that allowance is still active; purchased credits are always restored.
Character limits count new creations, not saved characters. Keep the characters you've already created. Deleting one doesn't restore a creation slot. There are no daily refills or annual plans.
